- Tofu Salad (Mix of tofu, shredded carrot & cucumber in plum sauce)
This cookery class is suitable for adults who are interested in learning how to cook Malaysian and/or Asian dishes.
Participants will learn to cook favourite Malaysian or Asian recipes and be able to re-create these dishes in their own home to surprise their family and loved ones. You will learn how to balance local flavours and use the many herbs and spices to create a feast for your senses.
This class is about Chicken. Chicken is widely used to cook many Malaysian and Asian dishes. Join us to learn a favourite Malaysian chicken recipe with a side tofu salad and aromatic rice accompaniment. Your family and loved ones will be “clucking” for more.
Participants have to be fully vaccinated and have a low risk no symptom profile displayed in the MySejahtera Covid-19 risk status.
NOTE 1: This cooking class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
NOTE2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
