This quarter we have specially designed some Chinese cooking classes - “Reminiscing Local Dialect” Cuisines”.
These classes are for foodies who reminisced the good old Chinese dialect food like Hainanese Chicken Rice, Hakka Yong Tau Foo or Hokkien Bak Kut Teh but not able to find any lessons on teaching how to cook these age old recipes.
Each class is painstakingly designed to encompass accompanying dishes and condiments complimentary to the main dish to make a full meal which you can re-create at home for your family and friends. Come and join us to learn how to cook these traditional Chinese dialect recipes before they become lost and forgotten.
NOTE1: This cooking class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
NOTE 2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
