Let’s start with a popular middle eastern appetizer of Chickpea balls teamed with a refreshing Mint yoghurt dip. Learn the secrets of how to roast chicken to perfection. For the most popular dessert in the middle east, the Queen of puddings, a traditional Arabic bread & butter pudding. Made using puff pastry with nuts and cream.
