  • Chickpeas & Coriander Cakes with Tahini (Tahini is a paste made from sesame seeds)
  • Cajun blackened Fish Steak & Papaya Salad
  • Rose, Lemongrass & Cardamom Panna Cotta


Tis the holiday celebration. Having a New Year party but not sure of a good theme? Why not “Spice-Up” your new year party with a special spiced-up cuisine? Create a 3-course dinner of appetizer, main and dessert using spices.

With the chickpeas & coriander cake, this little spicy cakes are equally good served hot or cold or tuck them into a little pita bread with salad. The fish steak is an excellent way to serve to guest as main dish, crisp and spicy and for dessert, why not give your guest a little twist to the otherwise plain flavoured panna cotta.

So, join us to learn and cook a fabulous New Year meal for your guests and family. “Auld Lang Syne”.
