This quarter we continue our specially designed Chinese cooking classes - “Reminiscing Local Dialect” Cuisines.
Noodles play an important part of the Chinese cuisine in any dialect. Just as there are many types of noodles, there are just as many ways of preparing and cooking them. Delicious meals can be created using noodles. Cook noodles for a change and discover how easy it is to whip up a delightful meal for the family.
The noodle dishes in this class is specially hand-picked as there are age old classics that are loved by everyone. Foodies who reminisced the good old Sang Meen, Mee Sua or Lor Mee should join these classes to learn classic noodle recipes.
NOTE1: This cooking/baking class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
NOTE 2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
