Food Science for Kids is a specially designed school holiday programme. If you are looking for something different for the kids this school holidays, then look no further.
In this class, students will learn the science of chemical and physical changes in food through hands on experiments. After learning and understanding the science of it, students will then create a dish inspired from the science experiment topic that they had learned earlier.
This class aims to create a balance between the science of familiar food ingredients and the knowledge and skill of baking and cooking.
This class is suitable for children from the ages of 4 to 15 years. Parent & child pairs can join this class too for some family bonding fun. Teenagers who are keen to learn about the science of food should join this holiday programme. Adults who love the recipes are welcome too.
Kids attending this class alone must be at least 7 years old and above. For children 4 to 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring your own children’s apron, if required
NOTE: Accompanying adults are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
