Japanese food has always been hailed as “healthy food”. Using mostly raw ingredients and hardly any oil, Japanese sushi is one of the most popular food items in Malaysia.
Come and have fun assembling a bento box. Learn how to make sushi rice. Wrap them into refreshing mango and avocado sushi. Grill chicken teriyaki style with Japanese sweet sauce. Get tips on how to make tempura batter for the perfectly crispy tempura prawns. Yum!
NOTE1: This cooking class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
