Whip up a Malacca Portuguese-Eurasian Christmas dinner. Discover what the Portuguese community in Melaka serve for Christmas. The cuisine is a blend of Portuguese and Dutch influenced with Asian roots. Thus, the Eurasian or Malacca Cristang cuisine was born.
