Spinach Pasta with Carbonara Sauce and Crispy Beef Slice
Buying pasta is convenient. Making your own pasta dough is even more convenient and easy! Believe it or not.
In this class, you will learn how to prepare your own flavoured pasta dough as well as how to handle and store the dough for long term use. You will also discover how flavours are infused in the pasta dough.
This flavoured pasta course is divided into 2 classes – the evergreen Spinach pasta and the classic Squid Ink pasta.
If you are worried about having to purchase a pasta machine, you can relax…because this class teaches you the “Knife and Ruler” method for fine results.
Finally, after completing the cooking session, you will focus on how to plate the pasta dishes finely as seen in Fine Dining Restaurants.
Just as preparation is an essential part of cooking, plating is an essential part of the dining experience.
NOTE1: This cooking/baking class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
NOTE2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
